Sliding transfer board / Radiolucent transfer board

Hospital Direct’s Samarit MRI/CT sliding transfer board helps carers transfer a patient between two surfaces with ease.

When you need to transfer a patient between two surfaces, the Samarit MRI/CT Rollboard can easily bridge small gaps between beds and trolleys – perfect for practitioners who prepare patients for surgery or x-rays.

An integral nylon cloth covers the robust sliding transfer board to protect patients during transfers. This strong, nylon cloth has anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, tear-resistant and flame-retardant properties to uphold good hygiene practices and extend the life of your transfer board. We also stock disposable covers and dispensers, which you can use to further protect the Samarit board.

The sliding transfer board was first designed for recovery, emergency departments and urology. However, practitioners working in day surgery, radiology and imaging also find the board useful. The board’s versatile design makes it a key medical supply in several sectors.

We manufacture the Samarit MRI/CT Rollboard, along with the rest of the Samarit range, in our Shropshire premises, where we follow rigorous quality control procedures and ship across the UK. This Samarit board comes with a three-year warranty for your peace of mind.
