One-Way Slide Sheet / One-Way Glide Sheet
Hospital Direct’s cushioned Glide and Lock with handles is an ideal one-way slide sheet for patients who need to avoid slipping when sitting up in chairs.
If your patients/clients slip down in chairs and wheelchairs, this cushioned Glide and Lock can help them to sit up in comfortable positions for as long as they need. Carers can insert the one-way glide sheet before or after patients sit on the chair and use the handles to guide them into the back of the chair. The sheet’s anti-slip panel and internal locking mechanism will then keep the patient safe and secure in their desired position. Patients can sit on top of the sheet for as long as they like – the cushioning will protect them and prevent skin damage for as long as required.
