We have nicely rounded the handles and edges to significantly aid manoeuvrability, and consequently makes positioning under a patient easier for the carer and less intrusive for the patient.
The HD Eezi-Transfer™ Lateral Board allows sliding transfers from beds to trolleys and other such surfaces like operating tables, to be made without lifting. Simultaneously, performing transfers using this product reduces the dangers associated with patient lifting. When used in conjunction with one of our transfer sheets (available here) their smooth, anti-static exterior allows a patient to be easily slid from one surface to another. In addition, the anti-slip strips on the base of the transfer board help to maintain the board’s position during the transfer.

The result is a patient lateral transfer that has both minimal disturbance to the patient, and equally importantly minimal risk to their carers.
